Here it is January 2012, most of the futurity junkies have the juvenile behind them..and are ready for the 2012 season.
Congrats to Marne Loosenort and Lee Hanssen for placing 3rd and 7th in the BFA slot race for a total of $30,500.00 on 3 year olds that we bred and started, also Hip E placed 6th for $10,000.00 so the slot race was good to Pawn Shop horses..
Pete Oen finished 2nd in go round one and 3rd in the average of the BFA futurity for about $15,000.00 big congrats to him on his success with Famous Blue Eyes and All Fame No Bull {Buf}
CONGRATS to Schiller ranch on their purchase of the high selling horse at the Jud Little sale in September, a two year old filly by Famous Bugs, bringing a final bid of $34,000.00!!
It won't be long 'till the 2012 breeding season is in full swing, Jeff and I would like to invite you to consider Famous Bugs or Phame for your mares, both stallions will be limited to 75 mares, on a first come, first serve basis, to guarantee a breeding, get your contracts early.
I spent the summer enjoying our first crop of 2 year olds by Famous Bugs, I am looking forward to getting to enter some of them in 2013, hard to believe it's been 9 years since Jeff got the opportunity to bred Ms Wahini Bug and purchase the foal..Famous Bugs.
